# Query ticks

> Retrieve the latest quotes for the requested symbols.

## What this operation does

Send `symbols` with exact names separated by commas, preserving spaces within each name: `EURUSD,Boom 1000 Index`. Do not add spaces around commas. Use your HTTP client's URL encoding. `trans_id` is optional and starts at 0. Account verification is not required.
